We want you to love your purchase. Due to the nature of our products, we have the following policy in place:
Returns
Returns are only accepted for unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used perfumes.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will gladly arrange a replacement or full refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
Fragrance Disclaimer
Fragrance preferences are subjective. We do not offer refunds or exchanges based on scent preference.
